How much does shipping cost?

food fight offers a $5 flat shipping rate (via USPS) for any domestic ground deliveries within the U.S. (except for Hawaii and Alaska). It's our little way of saying "thank you".

For expedited shipments within the U.S., food fight offers service via United Parcel Service (UPS). Shipping charges are determined by the weight of the item(s) in your order and the shipping method you choose during the checkout process.

You will see a list of methods (typically - 2 DAY Select or Next Day Air) and the corresponding fee for each method.

For information about shipping orders to countries other that the US, and for orders to APOs, Hawaii, Alaska, US Territories, please email us at customerservice@startafoodfight.com for futher details. We will try to accommodate you in every way possible.

Do you ship to addresses outside of the U.S.?

At this time, food fight does not ship outside the U.S. It is certainly something we are considering in the future, so please contact us at customerservice@startafoodfight.com if you are interested in international shipping.

How long will it take to get my order?

We here at food fight want you to receive your package as quickly as possible. We will work hard to process your shipment within 1-2 days of receiving the order. The following are the approximate number of business days it will take to deliver your order within the Continental U.S. (Note that UPS does not count Saturday or Sunday, so do not count those days in your expected delivery time.)

USPS Ground Delivery:

Arrives within 5-7 business days after having processed the order.

UPS 2nd DAY Air:

Arrives by the end of the 2nd Business Day after shipment. For example, an order placed before 1 PM EST on Monday for 2-DAY Service should arrive no later than Thursday. (2 days in transit, plus 1-2 days order processing time). Most often, we are able to ship 2-DAY orders within 24 hours of receipt, so 3 days is a typical wait for a 2-Day shipment. No Saturday or Sunday delivery. 2-Day orders placed on Friday before 1 pm EST will arrive Tuesday.

UPS Next Day Air:

Arrives by the end of the Next Business Day after shipment. For example, an order placed before 1 PM EST on a Monday for NEXT DAY Service should arrive no later than Wednesday. (Includes 1-2-day processing time and 1 day in transit). Most often, we are able to ship NEXT DAY orders within 24 hours of receipt, so 1-2 days is a typical wait for a NEXT DAY shipment. No Saturday or Sunday delivery. Next Day orders placed on Friday before 1 pm EST will arrive Monday.

Do you ship to P.O. Boxes?

USPS will deliver to P.O. Boxes; however, UPS, does not ship to P.O. boxes.

How do I track my order?

You will receive an email from food fight notifying you of the status of your order as well as an estimated delivery date. Of course if your package is taking a considerably long time to arrive, please contact us at customerservice@startafoodfight.com. We will respond within 48 hours...we promise!

What is your return policy?

We here at food fight believe that mommy, daddy and baby should all be happy! Therefore, food fight offers a 100% satisfaction guarantee on all of our products. If for any reason you or your child find any product unsatisfactory, you can send it back within 30 days of purchase for a full refund, or within 60 days for a store credit or exchange. To return/exchange an item, please email us at customerservice@startafoodfight.com for further details. We will respond within 48 hours...we promise!

Is it safe to shop on-line with a credit card?

food fight is hosted by Yahoo! Store. Yahoo! hosts the store pages, ordering system, and order data. Yahoo! automatically collects order information but may only use this information in the aggregate. If you accessed this store through Yahoo! Shopping, Yahoo! also automatically collects information about your shopping experience. Please see the Yahoo! Privacy Policy for more information about how Yahoo! uses this information.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept the following payment methods: VISA, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.

Can I submit a new product for consideration?

Yes, of course! We are very interested in new products and at this time only carry onesies, t-shirts, tanks and sweatshirts. Feel free to contact us at customerservice@startafoodfight.com for further details. We look forward to hearing from you.

Can I ship to more than one location?

The answer is absolutely YES. Contact us at customerservice@startafoodfight.com and we will assist you in mailing your t-shirts to multiple locations.
